Automation 4 Less offers two styles of brackets that can be used with many ball nuts to achieve a simple, sturdy way to connect the movement of the ball screw to your work.
The differences between the two styles of brackets we offer is pretty simple. The "HD" series is machined from aluminum; the "MGD" series is machined from steel. There are also some design differences such as the 45° chamfers on the HD brackets. The HD brackets are more econimical. For the ultimate in strength, the MGD brackets are unsurpassed. Most designs can benefit from the use of brackets such as these, and they can save a lot of time and aggrevation over fabricating something on your own.
* Note that the CAD links for HD brackets contain both a STEP drawing as well as the PDF spec sheet with 2-D drawing. It is the same PDF that can be downloaded separately in the right column. Want pricing info? CLICK HERE TO VIEW THESE ITEMS IN OUR STORE. |
